Account/ Project Manager

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about KortixMedia’s services and helping local businesses.

Account managers will act as the primary point of contact for our clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, always striving to help and serve clients in the best way possible. They also help internal KortixMedia departments by collecting information, such as client feedback, campaign results, and client testimonials. Candidates will also assist in the process of onboarding new clients.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, creativity, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to build rapport and a business relationship with clients.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with clients

– Onboard and guide new clients

– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives

– Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly ad campaign results to clients

– Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company standard

– Track key client metrics (CRM – AD Campaigns).

– Prepare reports on account status

– Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the company

– Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Requirements and skills

– Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

– Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence clients and internal teams.

– Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. KortixAPP, Salesforce or HubSpot) 

– Experience delivering client-focused solutions to clients needs

– Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

– Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

 

Compensation

– Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and performance.

– Base Salary $70,000-$150,000

– Employer sponsored 401k (with match)
